Connection problems

I'm experiencing problems when I try to enter the game. This is the first time I'm trying to run SL on my Ipad 3 mini...
I have a strong network connection (great wi-fi signal) and my game runs smoothly on my PC. Here's the issue: I open up the game --> Enter my e-mail and password --> The game loads and gets to the point where it needs to display my character (home screen) and then it crashes with no explanation on why it crashed... This happened before on my iPhone 4s, but I don't play SL on my iPhone anymore because of that problem. Can you help me? And my iPad is new and doesn't have any problems so it must be game sided :dispirited:

Problem is in your "iPad 3 mini".

Diff screen resolution so apple and game developers are having problems with it.

I have iPad1 and going to switch to note10.1 soon

Ok, so if there is a problem with my iPad 3 mini... why is the game still crashing on my iPhone 4s in the same way as on my iPad?

We're not having any mini specific issues.

Reboot the device, try uninstalling and reinstalling, shut down apps that run in the background...

I run SL on my 4s and our mini just fine.
