Avatar System

I'm wondering why STS doesn't allow you to have a custom avatar, unlike most forums. Is it some kind of technical/legal issue, or this some kind of safeguard to prevent inappropriate images being used (no nazi flags or that kind of thing). Anyone have an answer to this?

Maybe it's to promote other STS games? Who knows.

But I think you can customize your avatar that just shows up on your profile page.

Yup, you can customize your profile pic but not your avatar.
