fix this please, ive turned of all notifications and email push. Redownloaded and reinstalled it 10 times and its still not working. Do something. PLEASE

Sounds like an issue on your end though. What device are you using? If it is an iPhone, try turning off Wifi and using the 3G to update. If it is an iPod Touch or iPad Wifi then have you tried a different wifi network (i.e. a friend's house).
