Charge Nox Bolt every now and again for AoE/DoT. Never normal attack.

In both PvP and PvE, auto attack is something I just throw in while I am waiting on my skills to cool down. Even with Nox, the DoT is small, and unless it can affect a large group, I'd rather charge skills instead of auto - especially if it is only a chance at DoT.

No. (I usually use bows that have chance to proc on normal attack than bows that proc on charged attack, then it will not be a waste of the bow's plus point)

2. Yes. If it's possible I always start with a charged bow because mostly I'll nuke the other person whilst they're stunned.
