Already 4 cap, have to add it. There is no sense to swing the maximum Lev for usual vanity which not now not in the future has no statistics.

STS did say when whole set is complete they will give some kind of stat boost. My source the level 36 cap announcement in the announcement section of the SL forums.

yep. set bonus need not be a stat boost, it can be a particle effect.
