If I were to cast 2 freezes or roots on someone do they have to heal twice to get out of it.

No, but I think the other debuffs stack like root's dodge debuff will stack

Heal only once unless they heal before u root/freeze them the second time. And yes debuffs stack on these until they r healed

That's why I never double root in the beginning.

Unless your facing a behr... You may want to attempt a second root to negate the dodge value. Then again I'm not aware of them L9 debuffs.

No, I prefer still saving thorn wall.
Behr will stomp away from the root. At this point immobilizing is the first priority as a bird. Thorn wall after Stomped away from thorn root -> sitting duck.
