Flapjack's stun effect from his arcane ability now lasts noticeably longer on average in PvE. In PvP it still follows existing stun immunity rules.
Hmm...
What about cd of arcane.
Now its 2 seconds.
Was it like that before?
Is it bug, or u just forgot to mention it?

Lower cooldown? Nice. Looks like Flap's price in CS will drop again if its this good.

2 seconds is an error, enjoy it until the fix goes out. It was set to 2 to test the stun and we forgot to set it back.

Actually I haven't seen flap stunning any mob with its arcane ability, only with the passive one. Flap will once again be ignored once you fix the cool down. At least it reduces armor that's why it is playable with fast cool down.
