The best thing you could do is email support@spacetimestudios.com and detail out your report as much as possible. It may take time for them to reply but I'm sure they would respond to that :)

I figured out how I lost my gold
It is big bug in trade market, dont sell items and wait for update.
When i was trying to sell my items on trade market and when I put them to trade market, sometimes my money was witdrawn by the same amount as i put them to trade market.
So please update it, i was trying to sell items also now and bug is still there.
If somebody have the same problem, please tell me
I hope you will return all of my gold.
