Level fifty Shiv Bear, and Bow Mage or Shiv Mage?

I have always liked dexterity based bears and mages, so at level forty five bow bears had died in PvP at least. Are they back period, function again? And heres the big question;
DO shiv bears work at level 50, I mean they have always worked, but I want them to WORK. Powerhouse ya know? And also shiv mage or bow mage, are they good again at level 50?

O and yes this is bear section, but I did not want to make to useless threads...

i cannot see a shiv mage have ANY survivability, punto. not even enough time to stack them bleeds...
birds ftw no matter what, so sexy lool!
bears have been called the sexiest shiv class by some prominent shiv-users, and i respect that. but you have to take advantage of those skills/stuff and go commando decked out in str gear.

Anyways, shiv mage might work a little better, lemme see with my level 50 shiv mage I can now farm Ao2, woot!
But how about bow mage with that sexy void blaster?
