where does this item drop its not on the list for vanities so I'm not sure where to farm

It was an item that was tied to the Halloween event I believe. As far as I know, it doesn't drop anymore.

True, it was part of Halloween event same as blue wisp ,green wisp and the ghost pet. Now only pet you can drop are albino bats in Morhaven District campaign. Pets available in auc are: albino bats, purple wisp and the ghost pet.
