Heyo , which is better for lvl 71 pvp,pve dex or str for a bird?? Thanks :3 right now im full dex but might change if str is better. And which sets i should get when im lvl 71 and how much do they cos? Well thank you :3

Do full dex, with a crafted phantom set, or ESB set (basically phantom set except ESB instead of phantom) but I would recommend phantom, it has root proc, use full in kiting.
The phantom set Is usually around 900k.

Yea, definitely go full dex and phantom set. Some people use flying recurve for more damage, but with phantom you can kite and the stun proc is really nice.

I recommend phantom cuz of the proc. The flying is a bit better, but still phantom has a few things better too.

Phantom for 1v1 or FFA's where you can get your distance without worrying about a wall. Flying Recurve set works very well on Rockwall forts if you learn how to use the walls correctly. And finally Beastly Scythe bird, it takes quite alot of practice, but if you master it, you can kill all classes. One Flaw about it is in FFA, you won't get that many kills unless you can tank very well with Decent Teamates.

From my Point of view I see them in this order of effeciency.
1) Phantom
2) Beastly
3) Flying

all depends how you use it talon user (good users) easy own phan set flying recurve is for owning bears and int mages i use full flying set in 71 it is very good if you know how to use it :)

IMO flying looks cooler. There's a glitch where if you try to kite and run back the opponent's skills will have 1 extra meter, so 13 meter kiting is useless.

Is it better to fight at 10 meters with a recurve set (way too low dodge) and expose your self to many 8-10 meter attacks (wand, lighting, stomp, roots) or to attack from 13m, and have some good dodge and be able to stun them with the phantom xbow proc, once blind hits you will dodge everything.

This is not a glitch, well calculed game mechanic. If you're skilled enough you can have advantage from it.
