Best pet for a DPS mage?

Title says it all.. I'm currently using Mallison but wondering if anyone has any advice on a higher dmg pet.. Plat is not a problem.

Title: Best DPS pet for mage and in post it says best damage.

Best DPS would probally be malison or colton
Best Damage would probally be sLAG

Colton or Slag are best for damage.

clyde and colton- best dps/dmg
malison- very nice dps/dmg but not as much tho its a major hp boost (awesome pet for everything)
slag- i dont have plat but i hear great things =D

Actually I believe Flap Jack is the best for pure damage. He gives a 15% boost. So if your damage is 300, then he would add 45 more. Slag may be similar since he adds 12% plus some INT which may make up the other 3%.

Go damage. DPS is only good for auto attacks

For DPS (and some dmg boost) I suggest Blight. He gives nice dmg boost, mana regen, and his arcane also adds DPS. :) Im currently continuing to level mine on my Mage. :D Also, Ribbit is great too.

Loki also gives you 15% damage. And grants +20 DEX for some extra damage.

can get out more dmg from my 259dmg.

Secondary is Slag, only use it if theres 3 or more warriors on the otherside.

Nice tip, if you have time with root and ribbit , charge time and has soon you let go hit rabbits arcane ability. Watch all those crits

Mob + Time + Ribbit = so much fun
but for damage probably colton, flapjack and some of the others mentioned
Slag is too expensive for most people though so if you aren't overflowing with plat just get a similar pet like kettle

I always use Malison for solo elite run, never fails me. I've been wanting to have Orion as pet, surprisingly no one comments about it?
