Does support email do anything now?

Just wondering if the support email even responds. I'm not complaining, I'm simply asking if they've moved on from the email and gone strictly to the portal. I've sent 2 emails of the same problem with no reply or ticket recieved, so just wondering if I should stop going through there and strictly use the portal.

I had an same-day reply on one email, emailing with a different account and there's been no response for 3 days so far.

I've sent them 3 of the same exact emails. Once 5/7, a second time on Monday, and again today. My patience is wearing thin. Anyone else having this problem?
