STS has certain mechanics in place that disable trading when suspicious activity takes place. It's good in the sense that it stops a lot of malicious players but it occasionally triggers for completely legit players too. Some of the activities include transferring large amounts of items and/or gold to other accounts.

Best thing to do, here it comes... is contact support :)

I have encountered the same thing last April 22nd, sent them an email right away. I made a follow-up on April 24th, until now, not a single reply from STS.
