Are there no Pink Potency rings over 26 or are they just such high price they are being sold outside the CS?

i've found that epics at level 31 are better overall than the level 31 pinks.
at this level cap the devs seem to want rogues to choice between either damage or mana when it comes to pink rings and amulets. The epics are more balanced.
