How long does it usually take for devs to respond to my email? Just wondering thanks!

Depends if they're busy or not. If they are busy and their mailbox are flooded with emails then it would take about 2-3days. If they don't reply within a week then you should resend the email

They answer in a couple of buisness days but since AL came out, STS has not been "Active" to our emails but they still reply in about a week

Thanks guys got it. Someone has access to my device and banned it:( devs said they cant get it back it sucks! Now i cant play its so sad

I got banned too for some retarded reason too. Sometimes it's kind of stupid how they handle things but oh well... I won't be ever spending money on PL again. Their loss.
It also pisses me off on support when they change the status of the case from Open to Resolved when I've told them something without doing anything.
