Anyone know how long sts usually takes to reply? Cause I Accidnetally change my plats to golds due to laggin and I spamming skills in wt4 at that time.i need my plats back to buy something so I hope sts can get back to me as soon as possible.ty

Varies, could take a matter of hours or could take days, in some cases months. But your best hope is to wait patiently because i assure you that STS have thousands of emails! I have read that they do grant refunds so good luck.
