Very cool idea, and fun to wear.
But, no Dutch banner?? :(

good idea i also suggest a change to the Canadian flag.. red should be to the sides not top and bottom!!

There currently are 196 countries in this world, of which 14 have been made into shields.
Which means 182 of them aren't respresented.
STS cannot make a flag for every existing country as it would flood the plat store, so they probably decided to take the countries with most players.
The only possibility would be that STS would put 10 - 15 different flags in the store each month, however I don't think it'd be worth the effort vs reward.
True that is not do-able for every country.
But countrys like Holland i guess have alot of AL players.
I would even pay double the plat for a reversed france flag :p
