After I logged on today after the update, I then purchased platinum and right after my payment was approved I was logged off and told I was banned from game and the payment went through on my bank statment :(. I dont understand why that would happen. I do not cheat, scam or bully ppl. Im a friendly player and have made some awesome friends on this game :( I hope whatever it is I have done I can atleast have a chance to fix the problem instead of a ban. :(
