Why i cant download free platinum from google market ? i download games and opened it but n0thing happened! also i tried to connect my acc with facebook and also nothing happened! what to do&

Email STS. When you open up one of the two free plat options, there should be an "i" button on the bottom. When you tap on it, it'll set up an email for you that shows your your device information that you can sent to STS so they can redeem your platinum for you. Just make a few space on the top describing your situation.
The STS should reply after a day or two in business days :)
