I had same prob last friday and seems frequent with low lvl twink atm.
Just send email to support@spacestudios.com
They will look into this closely. Don't forget to write a nice mail with all infos. So they know u have not scam, steal,... etc
If nothing wrong it will take few hour to a day depending if they're asleep or not.
