explain proc please

Hi there!
So i got my mythic sword and shield and the proc says; cleaves up to 3 enemy's and chance to stun enemys who hit u.
Now i have been testing the procs.
First thing is, what is cleave?? What should it do becaus i dont see a diffrence?
The other proc that stuns the enemy is pretty cool if it procs
U see a lightning strike hitting the enemy and stuns him ( very low chance IMO )
Wel the point is? cleaves up to 3 enemys can someone explain?

Cleave is just another way of saying hit. From the dictionary...

1 : to divide by or as if by a cutting blow : SPLIT 2 : to separate into distinct parts and especially into groups having divergent views 3 : to subject to chemical cleavage <a protein cleaved by an enzyme>

you hit 3 mobs at same time if theyre close to you. thats what i understood :)

Not that special the proc :p
And the stun doesnt proc that often imo.
I feel that the sorc and rogue mythic proc waaay more often :/
