Having recently come back to do some questing, I find it rather perplexing that I can't locate "Pall Ebon" in order to defeat him (on my Rogue).
The quest is The Iron Sea, and it's part of the Kraken Isles expansion (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?74963-Guide-Arcane-Legends-quests&highlight=Pall+Ebon). When I hit the "Go to..." button on the quest prompt I get taken to Ancient Mariner Reef, yet I've played through this damn level half a dozen times now and still haven't found him. It's either he's nowhere to be found, or I'm missing something obvious.
The quest guides don't say where he is, and nobody in game seems interested in helping. Where do I find him?
