Now, this build may not be PERFECT, or able to 1hko L.17 Tanks, but 85% of the time will be able to take out a team of two enemies. This is my L.15 PvP Ultimate Build.

L.14 Bonechill Bow of Potency 52.5 DPS, 19 DEX, 10 INT
L.15 Bonechill Cap of Tactics 20 DEX, 5 INT, 1.41% Crit, 182 Armor
L.15 Warden Vest of Will 18 DEX, 9 INT, 285 Armor
L.14 Charged Circuit of Brutality 9 STR, 17 INT, 3.0 Damage
L.15 Swirling Amulet of Potency 18 DEX, 9 INT, 3.0 Damage
PET
L.15 Malison
Damage: 66
Critical : 9%

Arcane Ability:
Dragon's Cry: Increase dodge chance for all allies in range by 15% for 5 seconds
Passive Ability:
Hexed Fireball: A fireball that damages multiple targets. Chance on hit to reduce enemies hit and armor by 10% for 3 seconds
SKILLS
SHADOW PIERCER: 67.5 mana, 2 sec. cool-down, 16 range, 143-179 damage + increased damage on a critical.
Rising Death - Causes you to deliver multiple low damage hits to your target
after coming out of a normal Shadow Piercer attack.
NOXIOUS BOLT: 55 mana, 2 sec. cool-down, 14m range, 143-179 damage + poison damage every second for 3 seconds.
Fragmentation - Each second a target us damaged by Noxious Bolt's poison,
they receive an additional 10% damage.
Serrated Arrowhead - Impact damage for each Noxious Bolt is increased by 15%
AIMED SHOT: 55 mana, 2 sec. cool-down, 14m range, 185-232 damage + increased damage on a critical.
Accuracy - Damage from each successful Aimed Shot is increased by 10%
Critical Shot - When you achieve a critical hit with an Aimed Shot, the damage will be increased 250%.
PASSIVES
Critical Shot - Permanently increase your critical chance by x% - 2/5
Agility - Permanently increase your dexterity stat by x% - 2/5
Might - Permanently increase your strength stat by x% - 2/5

FINAL STATS w/ SKILLS, PET, and GEAR:
Strength: 45
Health: 1542
Dexterity: 199
Bonus Dmg: 200%
Dodge: 15.93%
Critical: 15.49%

***NOTE*** When using Skills, never charge, only tap. This increased the overall damage dealt per second, while maintaining the critical chance of 15.49%.
