Doubt about Nordr Guardian Bundle

I'm new to the game and got a doubt about Nordr Guardian Bundle, there is a minimum lvl to use it? I'm just lvl 10, but it does show that I can buy it, if I buy it will scale to my lvl gear?
Should I wait to buy it at lvl 30?
I'm a warrior.

It will scale to whatever level you are, and if u can't buy any other gear at level 30 then yes buy the bundle

dnt buy bundle pack now.
u r at lvl10 so u will get lvl10 stuffs if u buy.
i recommend u to buy when u get to lvl30.
it will help u alot doing elite farming.

I purchased it at lvl 30. I like it. It works. If u ever buy packages like this, I recommend getting it for the big grind.
