Its the effect of feeble from warrior skill. During feeble you cant crit.

Nope, it's a debuff from the wolves in Nodr and some of the bosses in Nodr(alpha wolf, frostbite,etc .)

Actually, it is from the Nordr bosses which applies -1000% Crit. Possibly similar to feeble.
