Contrary to what some would believe, STS doesn't ban unless they have a solid reason to.
They'll probably have a thorough check of your account but if you haven't done anything against the ToS, there's nothing to worry about.
Remember that they keep logs of everything you say and do in game, so it's relatively easy for them to track down any malicious intend.

relax :) If you are not guilty then dont be afraid to explain to them. Unless if their evidences are true, sorry, you'll get banned.
