Shadow Piercer: No upgrades.
Noxious Bolt: 15% Extra DMG Upgrade.
Aimed Shot: All Upgrades
Combat Medic: 3 Pack Upgrade
Passive: Agility- 4
Bonechill Bow of Potency
Bonechill Helm and Armor, or best stuff closest to that
Best Dex/int dmg ring and necklace you can find
Malison and Ribbit
