I had the name Royce in Fnord, but when we migrated, I was turned into Royce-Fnord. Any other Royce you see is not me. I tried friend requesting this bogus Royce, but he never responded, and no one I know has ever seen him in game. So I tend to agree that it's probably a dead account (cmon STS, server crash last night, maybe time to clean out the garbage ;) ).
