I've been having some trouble with my account... firs of all every time I start the game I start with -8768 gold even is I end with 15k it started like that I try putting my set away doing diferent stuff but nothing happend I still play again and en up with thw same kind of money in -8768 gold I really need some help or something I can do so my account stop doing that...

The gold is probably some kind of bug, it doesn't show up your real amount of gold. What you can do is post a report of this bug here (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/search.php?searchid=2643640)
You can also try using:
1. Other device
2. Clear PL cache from your browser/Android/IOS (not sure if possible on IOS)
3. Reinstall PL
4. Contact support

Useful advice, but have you tried rebooting your device? Sometimes it's that. Hope you solve your prob :)
