You can farm them in Nuris map (55-60) area and they drop levels 56,58, and 60. Or you can buy in cs
Charmin is the Int set
Obedience is the Dex Set
Strongman is the str set.
Make sure you all of the right pieces then it will make a set, also check the levels of the pieces they must match (I think lol)

Glyph set? I believe you are referring to Obedience/Mimicry, Charmin, and Strongman/Big Top glyph sets.
There are 3 versions, 56, 58, and 60.
60 Ones can be farmed with any level character in any dungeon in Nuris Hallows. I prefer Nuri Funhouse.
58, you will need a lvl 58 character and farm Nuri (again, do Funhouse)
56, you will need 56 character and farm Nuri (AGAIN, funhouse most recommended)
If you also have plat I suggest using Plat-paid version of Funhouse, higher chance of drops.
