You will assuredly be using armsman, so the retarded dodge makes repulse a negligible skill. Just my opinion ofc. Now make a 20 bird and go rush away.

Use l20 Purp Fbow, l5 Crafted Arms, l10 Str Plat Pack Helm, and l20 Dodge/DMG ring.
Use the build above but I recommend 1 repulse > blind and 6 focus. Bears lately have been using art making our dodge not quite S useful. Kite the stomp/hs and go in for the kill

use a torch, restore -> meditate -> avian scream -> blast shot

when you're meditating pray for the mega powerful proc of da torchz that triggers when u use avian scream and blast shot, it can ownz even a 76
