Where to get miraculous and superb necklaces

Anybody know where to get these expensive items?
Lvl 30 miraculous bauble of brutality
Lvl 30 superb amulet of brutality

Please share so everyone who's not willing to buy these at auction have an idea where to loot them.

Chests....I don't know which but I assume lvl30= war chests

Have opened hundreds of golden warchests but I haven't encountered these items.

So far I only got swirling amulet of potency, glowstone hoop of assault and infused brooch of assault as the expensive ones and others which are hard to sell and with low market value. I dunno maybe they're just too rare to pop up in warchests.

Ensorcelled, miraculous and superbs are in all elite banded II chests, i never opened but kuwaab told me that.
Dead City gives lvl30 so they are max lvl30, but got better stats than the war chest amulets and rings on lvl31.
