I click the buy platinum button...then click the 49.99 and nothing happens....nothing. I click it multiple times....nothing.

Watch out because sometimes it'll charge you multiple times if you click it multiple times.
Try restarting your browser, and if that doesn't work then your computer too. If those two fail email support at support(@)spacetimestudios.com

Wouldn't be surprised if you saw USD $500.00 on your next bill.
Does anyone know how to fix this? :(

Are you on iOS? I heard there can be limits in your App Store purchases. (I'm not really familar with iOS to be honest)
