the best is obviously mythic helmet, mythic armor, mythic gun.
the affordable could range from the Champion stuff to the Bonechill stuff. Nordr jewel for pve, borean gun for pvp.

stuff i would use if i had no mythic : borean cage gun of brutalilty, noble effigy of security and bonechill armor of fatality
