Depending on what you're trying to counter-build for, I'd say your build is fine.

Other than upgrading your purp bow to pink to milk every point of damage, I'd say to put one point in break and 3 in thorn root for the dodge debuff. You'll beat every other bird out there with that set-up, but fighting bears will be more luck-based. Elf fights won't feel any different if they use Forg bows; 4-piece elves will last a bit longer depending on their build. As long as you know how to kite Rhinos, they shouldn't be much of a problem either since you pretty much destroy all of their regen with 3 thorn.

Keep in mind that I haven't recently tested this, but i know for fact about the thorns dodge debuff. These are just suggestions you might wanna tinker with if you're up for it. I use a similar set-up on my lvl 19 tri-spec birdy, and it works very nicely.

Take one out of focus and put it into blind for that extra dmg and crit.

New build
6 evade, 5 focus, 1 shattering, 1 blast, 1 repulse, 1 blind, and deciding between 3, 2, or 1 root/break

it would depend what you're counter building. If you wanna beat every other dodge bird out there: 3 root. If you wanna demolish 4-piece set-ups: 3 break. I guess having 2 in each would give you better luck with both, but that's all it would be at that point, luck

If you really don't care about crit (don't think you should), then go with 3-4 for the hit%, the rest you can distribute towards putting 3 in both break and root. I'd prefer blast at that point tho since that's the trigger for the cruel blast combo.
