goals missing and plat issues

I tried contacting sts through support, but wouldn't recognize my information, nor have I received any emails on how to create a new account. After the server was down, I lost all my goals. Also, I accidently bought double xp, that I didn't need, I am lvl31. Could STS move the purchase potions to where the emotes are ?? I am hoping sts replaces my plats and goals.

Sts takes things that regard platinum and refunds really serious, I'm sure they will help you don't worry.
