Ok I'm puzzled here.
If you can't trade when you're below level 5, how does your level<5 toon buy the level<5 items in the marketplace?

Travelers outpost Stash/Guildstash or you transfer gold via the stash.

This shouldn't be possible,
I can tell from PL that when you're below lv. 4 you can't trade, gift, stash items nor use the CS/AH.

hee am not elite anymore :/
It's actually another toon in same account > it costs 30 plats to make one> gold and stash are placed in stash > so after toon will make to traveler's by disabling xp so that he/she remains lvl 3 > he can get those gold and item for him hehe :)

No need to go all the way to Traveler's Outpost. Have both the toons in the same guild, and then you can do what you want via the stash in GH.
