Ive contacted support about not being able to find my character. When I started, I played as a guest. I don't remember it asking for my email. I can't access my device because it's broken. So when I try using my email it says CREATE a character. Don't want that. I want my character. Again...how long does it take for support to help? I've emailed them.

It took me 3 days for a reply, but they do try their best to respond to every email.

This forum is for bugs and tech issues, not support or account problems.
We can't really tell you an "average time", when the support doesn't feel necessary to reply (what i don't hope in your case) they won't.
A reply e-mail can take 5 minutes or 2 weeks, it's not fixed. It depends how fast they look into it.
