First and foremost, you need to find Larysa, Dahls partner, in a location that's not hinted at with sufficient clarity, furthermore i found her in Elder Woods map 1 by randomly going to trees.... This caught me off guard, because i'm not sure if i didn't read the quests thoroughly, but this genuinely surprised me.

This problem was big enough for me to finally figure out Dahls quests and the access to the blue abyss fissure caverns, poison caverns and cosmic stone upgrading feature, and black ash forest portal just today on the 18th of May 2026, since Elder Woods debut, i haven't been able to figure this out.

Please, my dear developers, i appreciate the products you give and improve, but this feels like playing Elder Scrolls: Morrowind in terms of figuring out quest routes and that makes it an absolutely dreadful design for a diverse player base who may not figure such discreet things, since AL is on the mobile market, things need to be easier to figure out in my opinion.

And please, regarding my previous thread where i criticized the gold drop nerfs & maps lacking expensive loot drops, i think the map designs of Elder Woods is incredibly cool and unique, i love it. But a lack of motivating factors to grind your crafted works will put your craftsmanship to waste, i want to continue appreciating this expansions wonderful designs. Please give me and others a reason to grind it. Is there anyone actually enjoying the way we are going?

1. Everything is P2W
No wonder we basically have a dieing game and 0 new players, how do you expect new players to enjoy this game, if you need BILLIONS over BILLIONS to compete at endgame. So letīs see what you currently need if you wanna run an optimal build: Full proc set, veil set for stats, stormforce weapons, speed set, gold loot set, luck set, good pets, gems and lets not forget awakenings. Now while that doesnīt seem as much, thatīs over 40 different items, most going between 100-500mil, now try to even acquire 100mil as a new player, sure you could also spend 3000+ usd to get items that will be worthless soon anyway

2. Awakening
I have high expectations for the next awakening event for an actual change, I have no clue how we again went for almost half a year after a promise in the community letter to get rid of useless awakenings - for what seems to me like quite an easy fix from a developers side

3. APs
Sure you have updated APs but to what goal? Achievements that were actually grindable like getting your hardcore char to lv 86 were removed, the most requested APs (Pet evo and Billionaire title/badge) were ignored and kept in, along with the most useless added AP of an arcane pendant that costs way too much for being totally useless (at least make it useable at endgame, why is it such a huge problem, to give players an item they can grind for, that they can actually use at endgame)

4. Events
Now this one might be the most personal one, I havenīt really enjoyed a single event this year, sure some might have been mid but itīs just a repeat of the last years with new vanities that in some instances feel like no one ever looked at them (especially some mage ones are ridiculous). Last 3 events were the most boring ones, pet event was also nowhere near the success anyone expected after your community letter. That being said, the one actual good change I see, you made lb rewards tradable, which for me personally is a great comeback for a game that relies so heavily on auction and trades (one of the main reasons Iīve always liked STS games)

5. Slots
I am maxed on all slots but again, I donīt see a world where a new player can get anywhere near enough slots of any kind - I know this is planned this year but also not something I would expect to take more than half a year. Make use of token vendors to buy them.

6. Variety of Maps
I mean not much to say here, letīs hope elite dune is a bit more exciting cause I canīt bother running dune 1 anymore, so tired of it. Idc if you donīt wanna put more effort into new maps, at least give old maps reason to run them.

7. Grindable gear
Now this might be the most ridiculous of them all. I donīt even know what to say, the only 2 decent items are dune weapons and immo brace and yet they are as outdated to the point where I might as well just run dune 1 and buy them.

8. Maximum Level
Idk whose idea it is/was to raise the level cap and let players reach max rank within 10 minutes. (I do support lower levels to go faster) but what happened to grinding the game we all loved? Doesnīt feel like much an achievement if I reach the max lv after turning in dailies for a few minutes. Sure lower the XP requirement after a few weeks months but let us grind for a goal.

9. Bind on Equip
I know - there are unbound items supposed to come this year, so far basically everything has been bound. Do you know what it feels like to invest in an item, that we all know will be useless within months and not a single way to have a return of our investment after that? Now not everyone will agree with me on this, but I personally donīt mind the ascendant blood items, at least you have the choice to use a decent piece of gear or make it bound - stronger. That way you leave us a choice and donīt force it upon us.


Last words: I totally understand that you devs have a job and want to get paid and I happily support that, the current trend leads me more towards not even logging in. Each event and new piece is basically plat reliant, bound to equip and basically useless a few months later. What happened to the good old Pocket Legends times, where you could actually farm your best in slot gear, sure make us pay to upgrade them even stronger or whatever, but give us something in maps thatīs actually exciting and gives a rush of adrenaline. Currently all it is, is farming dune 1 on remap for hours a day.

While I do know, some of the points sound a bit harsh, itīs merely from desperation and love for a game we all spent thousands of hours in.

Especially when the gears you bought depreciates so much in value, and funnily enough, the insane reading descriptions of those fancy SET/Mythic/Arcane gears you bought become just flavor text...

To buy & consume newer gear only so a non-elite map even becomes remotely playable is such brutal and aggressive stance on people who aren't not complete F2P, like some people spend plat and aren't omega rich and then F2P, both parties suffer except the omega whales who always have 100,000 DMG in their stats.

Are you trying to tell us all players should grind or splurge to also reach 70-100k DMG/DPS so you don't become dead weight or unable to clear the map solo? Is that the invitation? It does seem like it.

And the craziest part, older expansion maps getting butchered to pieces by gold loot drop nerfs that aren't even compensated with new loot drops to look forward to. Such as the unlockable free expedition SETS with absolutely no value.

What's the most crazy part is older maps like Elite Windmoore, E tindirin, 4-6 mausoleum and E nordr are still profitable to this day, but unironically ever since level 66 until 86, there's just no replayability.

If I'm underestimating the prior maps from said levels, maybe it's time to add viewable loot tables inside maps, because I have no idea what the *excuse my French* heck am I aiming for, outside of years old knowledge from my adolescent days? STS, help us loot enjoyers.

I myself don't like to slave away for temporary gold drops and then leftover butchered maps after the gold's been gutted to hell just to barely recoup scraps of my newly phased out or old gears costs..
