Merching is one of the most effective ways to build wealth in Star Legends without relying entirely on farming. Let's start from begining what first of all you should understand :

1)What Merching really means? — buying items below their real market value and reselling them for profit.

2)Understanding the Market — knowing what items are actually worth, rather than trusting random asking prices.

3)Finding Undervalued Items — spotting players who need credits quickly or don't know an item's value.

4)Knowing When to Buy — avoiding overpaying just because an item looks rare or having an nice design

5)Reselling for Profit — setting a reasonable price that leaves you with a good margin.

6)Risk Management — don't invest all your Money into one item/vanity.

7)Advanced Merch — manipulating timing, seasonal demand, events, rarity, and market trends.

8)Common Mistakes — overpaying, panic selling, chasing hype, and holding items too long.

Now that you have the introduction, let's move on to some practical examples. Let’s discuss the basics of different events and how you can approach them from a merching perspective:

1) Scorn Gauntlet event : Farm and buy the Scorn items (Cannons, Grips, Eyes) as a long-term investment while they are at their lowest possible prices during the event, hold onto them and sell them later, usually after a few months, once demand increases and the prices recover. You can also try modding them yourself if you feel lucky and want to aim for an even higher profit margin.

2) Bank.Bot event: Farm and buy the Title, Badge, and F5 Set, then hoard them for a long period of time. The main strategy here is to buy during the event, when supply is high and prices are low, and wait until the items become less available on the market.

3) Yesterday War event: Farm&Buy Ttitle&Badge and focus your attention to aquaire Squid, X-ray, Skull Helmet with are the most important , hoard them for 2-4 months and start selling them at an double profit . Usually the price of those are from 1-2m mostly for the vans, and you can sell them for 5-10m after few months.

4) Alieg Egg Bash event: Farm until you reach the Golden Tier (500,000 points), and then start merching. One of the main opportunities is buying Level 61 Napalms for around 100 Platinum or 5–10M credits. Hoard them until demand increases, then sell them for potentially double or more than what you originally paid.

5) Mother's Day event: The main thing to focus on here is acquiring Flowers. You can either buy them directly with Platinum (around 1,000 Platinum per flower) or purchase them from other players using credits or by trading other vanities/items. Flowers can be considered a strong long-term investment.

6)ITEM.MOD event: As the name say, the point of it is modding , farm till your in Gold Tier and start unlocking items to re-sell them for an better price than the locked one's and try your luck getting an MAX mode.

7) Luck.E.Bot event: Farm the event mostly your interess is to get Malcontent Weapons gold low level , Hammer and ofc Badge&Title. You can invest your credits&Platinums to buy Big Luck Helm( 50 platinum) and NEWT ( 100 platinum) and hoard them till demands appear and you get a good margin of profit, 1.5x 2x.

8)BUD.LUV event: Here is an long story , in my personal opinion is one of the best event from all of them base of margin of profit and time investing in it. Here's why:

a) is an run that take you less than 10 seconds, and you get crates 5x damage , 5x armor, 3x speed, 5x experience . And you will ask, why some crates are important ? that's easy , theyr consumable, people buy and use them , and that's good cause the demand is way bigger than your imagination.

b) The Margin of profit is around 2x to 10x per crate , as an small example if you invest 100m , when you sell them during the events where people have the need for them you should get from 200m to 1B

9) TC Benevolence ( known as Winter event): The only thing you should know here, just farm the event ( 10 second run) and when you get Winter crate just sell base of demand . Is the second best event in the game , ussualy the margin of profit is beetwen 10-20x from selling the crates. The run cost 2 plat.

10) Holo-ween event: This event is an Individual Player Leaderboard Competition, mostly your interes is to get TOP 10 to get An Halo and an shield , ussualy is about hoarding, as an example of the past Hallowen events only by hoarding them the profit is WAY WAY too big , as an example Angelic Halo at release was 10-20m now easly 500m+ same as Saintly Halo who have an range from 700m to 1B . Your second interess in the event is open/hoard the NIRVAI CAPSULES from where you can get Frozen Death vanity .

11) Stealth Lab event: This event is relatively straightforward. Farm and hoard the Stealth Set M1 and M2, then wait for demand to increase before reselling them. The key here is patience: don't rush to sell immediately after the event ends. Wait for the supply to decrease and demand to return.

TO BE CONTINUED...

And this is only the beginning.

What you have just seen are some of the basic event strategies and investment opportunities that you can use to start understanding the market and making Credits through merching.

But knowing what to buy is only half of the game.

In Part 2, we are going deeper.

We'll talk about timing your investments, manipulating market timing, understanding supply and demand, identifying underpriced items, knowing when NOT to sell, reading market movements, and maximizing your profit margins.

We'll also get into some of the more advanced strategies that experienced merchers use to turn small investments into much larger ones — and, most importantly, how to avoid losing your investment while doing it.

Because merching isn't simply:

Buy → Hold → Sell.

It's about understanding WHEN to buy, WHAT to buy, HOW MUCH to invest, and WHEN to walk away.

The market is constantly moving.

Prices change.
Demand changes.
Events come and go.
Players panic sell.
Supply disappears.

And if you know how to recognize those moments, that's where the real money is made.

🔥 This was only Part 1.

Part 2 is coming soon.

Stay tuned. The real merching starts there.
See you in the next one.
