I want to report something that looks like a bug in my damage output.

I use the exact same set every time in Elite Duneveil. In the vast majority of runs my maximum damage stays below 10B, but very rarely, maybe once every 50 runs, it jumps above 10B, with no change in setup, procs, or anything else I'm doing. This seems odd since I'm doing the exact same thing every time. Is this expected RNG variance, or could something not be triggering correctly most of the time for the Warrior class?

For context: I compared sets with a friend playing Mage. We use the same proc set and same damage set pieces, and my stats are actually higher than his and awakes better (plus I benefit from his curse skill), yet he consistently reaches 6-8x my maximum damage on the same content. That gap seems very strange.

I'm having frequent ping spikes during Elite Dune runs. My ping jumps from normal 150–250ms up to 350–500ms+. While that is still somewhat playable, it frequently leads to total packet loss, a short freeze (nothing is moving on the map but me), ping spiking into the thousands, and a reconnect screen. By the time the game reconnects, my character is already dead. I died 5 times today due to ping and it’s really frustrating dying not because of the content's difficulty, but due to ping spikes and packet loss.

I know i live far from server, but i play this game for many years, yet i did not experience this constant ping spikes/ packet loss i am experiencing recently. What could it potentially be?
