A brewing rivalry calls you to action, Legends!
A recently discovered cave brimming with Radiant Arcanite is now the battleground between Peylon Rusk and the Temple of Scrolls.

Rusk asserts that Arlorian Heroes have lawfully claimed the Elder Woods territories in their name.
The Temple of Scrolls claims that Scholar Gevyn was the first to tell Arlorian Heroes about the Elder Woods,
and this grants them exclusive rights to all discoveries and treasures.

King Vyromir of Arlor has issued an official "Writ of Conflict," demanding each side prove a true, Legendary heir to the New World.
Which side will you choose?


Getting Started

Visit Johan in Windmoore to learn more about the event and the tense conflict between the two factions.
Then, head over to the Leaderboard next to the Tavern to meet the emissaries from both sides: Tyves Rusk and Savante Bosch.

Once you've carefully considered both sides, speak to Johan,
and then return to the emissary for your chosen side to swear your allegiance.
Only once you've sworn allegiance will you be able to enter the portal at the center of town.


How to Play

Once you've selected a team, you may enter the Besieged Cave dungeon.
Fight through monsters and the fierce dragon boss Gilmmerath to earn points for your faction.
Players of either faction may enter and play the dungeon together, each winning points for their chosen side.
Back in Windmoore, the torches behind Tyves and Savante will burn with flames of the color of the current leading faction.

After earning a minimum of ten (10) points for your sworn faction, you may choose to switch sides.
Purchase a special item from Johan to buy the opposing leader's favor, but BEWARE!
Not only does this move cost you a LOT of gold (*cost varies based on your level),
but you will lose all points and progress for your current faction and will start from 0.
It is not a decision to be taken lightly.

Purchase a Faction Wars Farmer's Elixir Kit from your faction leader. Grants 2x Boss Loot, +25% Damage, +15% Gold Loot, and +20% Speed in event zones. Lasts 10 minutes. Counts down in event zones only.

Elite versions of the dungeon are now available for those seeking an even greater challenge! Earn additional Points and Tokens for conquering these more difficult encounters.


Leaderboards and Rewards

Leaderboard rewards will be sent to the Top 25 individual players in each faction!
The winning faction is the faction with the most points.
A faction's overall score is the sum of individual player scores.

Epic Daggers, Staff, and Hammer have decent stats for Epic gear.
Available at Level 1, 5, 10 (and every 5 Levels up to 90).
NOTE: Glimmerath drops mixed-level loot.

Your attacks hit up to 4 targets, have a 25% chance to stun enemies, and have a chance, if not on cooldown, to summon an aura that damages nearby enemies and grants 25% Health, 50% Damage Reduction, and 50 Solar Damage for 8 seconds.

Charged attacks have a chance, if not on cooldown, to grant a buff that provides 125% Damage, 25% Critical Damage, 50 Solar Damage, and 50% Haste for 10 seconds.


- Veilblade Assassin Staff -

1,581.6 DPS (100% Solar), 102 STR, 85 DEX, 165 INT, 8% Crit, 16% Crit Damage, 500 Armor, 18% INT, 12% Mitigation, 15% Movement Speed, 25 Solar Damage.

The Faction Wars event will run for two weeks, from Thursday, 7/16/2026, at 1:30 p.m. CT to Thursday, 7/30/2026, at 1:30 p.m. CT, with a one-hour cooldown.

July 4th Mini-Event



Captain Arlor, his winged armor scarred by the trials of the Elder Woods, strode into Windmoore just as the Arlorian Independence Day festivities began. The air was filled with the scent of spiced meats and fresh pastries. The sounds of song and laughter bloomed from within the Slurred King tavern. Villagers danced in the streets, igniting Roman Candle fireworks to evoke the legendary battle of freedom from the ancient dragon, Gryndor.

As Captain Arlor walked among his people, his heart swelled with pride. His recent adventures - battling corrupted beasts and navigating poisonous caverns - had been arduous, but they paled in comparison to the collective struggle that had once freed Arlor from Gryndor’s tyrannical rule.

Gathering in the town square, the Arlorian Heroes assembled beside a grand statue of King Dude, the hero who had led the final charge against Gryndor. Captain Arlor stood among them, his eyes catching the flicker of the celebratory bonfires that mirrored the fiery determination of those past battles.

Tonight, they would recount tales of valor, sing the anthems of liberation, and renew their bonds of brotherhood. For Captain Arlor, this was more than a celebration; it was a reaffirmation of their enduring freedom and the unbreakable spirit of Arlor.

Event Features

We're celebrating July 4th with a completely free mini-event that will run for 3 days from Thursday 7/3 17:00 UTC - Sunday 7/6 17:00 UTC.

To get started, visit Captain Arlor in Windmoore for a bit of Arlorian lore.

Stone of Augmentation Types:


+ Prices and trade status of Elite and Arcane Awakening Gems are unchanged during this event.

+ All enhancements per gem type are available below. Odds for enhancements do not change during the event. Odds for enhancements have not changed since the last event. This event simply makes Arcane Stones of Augmentation available for Platinum and Standard Stones of Augmentation available for Gold.

+ NEW! We now roll rarity first, then choose a type from available types equally, then an amount if there are variations equally.

+ Enhancement availability per item type is listed below.

CHANGES:

We spent some time gathering feedback (link) prior to this event and have decided on following changes:

+ We removed the Common rarity pool from Elite Awakening Gems and

+ We removed the Rare rarity pool from Arcane Awakening Gems.

+ We now roll rarity by weight, then type equally, then variation equally. This allows different quantities of variations for the same type to not skew enhancement odds.

+ Cracked Awakening Gems are now 1000g instead of 5000g. These are meant for lower levels.

- We chose not to lower the rarity of Mana Percent. The main reason for this is if we lowered the rarity, it would show up more often during rolls.
