For example, I have amassed 200k kills on my class and I’ve gone against a new player using mage at 35, the fight went as expected, they healed too early which all beginners do against foxes

Except what happened right after completely changed since the nerf being that after capitalizing on a new players mistake I managed to do not nearly enough dps to kill them (remember their heal is still on cooldown) they didn’t even use ms and I ultimately died to auto attacks after using my entire combo while they were debuffed, I was using what’s considered meta gear as well

So why is that a skilled fox cannot even win the dps race on the class it was meant to counter? Especially given that the opponent had little playtime overall compared to years of experience it just shows how unplayable fox is currently

The only reasonable way to nerf shred would be to buff its damage output elsewhere otherwise the nerf is completely unnecessary, I had expected for a compensating buff to go along with the nerf for months now and nothing, no one plays fox either so my complaints are thrown into the void and people get upset or bring up bias despite never playing the class themselves

I’d say it’s even walled in 27-30 as well with good strategies, there’s nothing I can do at this point of the game besides hope I get at least 5 dodges and 3 crits while playing as perfect as possible, assuming my opponent doesn’t just 3 shot me before that
