- during the 2nd (and subsequent) grind through tiers player would not receive tier rewards.
- it would count toward permanent "50x Platinum Tier" AP.

Does it really matter if player grinds those 50x Platinum tiers over 2-3 years at slow pace of Tier events happening or focuses their energy on 3-4 intense events? A grind is a grind.
