Either the amulet or set proc doesn't proc (or visual doesn't activate). 10% cap on reflect seems to have dissapeared.

I think I get it now. Level 5 haste trainer removed for damage trainer will be level 1. If you go back to haste it will be 5. So it won't help with...

Even though we haven't seen the set I doubt it's a coincidence you can't use a full 5 pieces set (bio,show,cosmic) with the new arcs. I suppose...
