It really doesn't work that way - you can't just kill slowly when 1 level up is taking up to +50,000 mob kills in the end game - - and as a PvE Kill...

Yeah - I wish this can happen one day, and I don't even think that it would be that big of a deal to code a setting for disabling the XP orbs.
