So you do get the 30 Haste, the 15% Cosmic, Nature, Shadow damage boost, and the 2x speed multiplier... just not the 100% armor boost?

I saw the original issue and verified the fix. Are you in PvP? In PvP it gives 50% In PvE it gives a 100% armor boost.

It's a multiplier. Multipliers do not stack; the game applies the highest multiplier based on all of your gear, sets, procs, etc..
