Animation and pumpkin hat that Dosent look correct in game

Pumpkin witch hat should be fixed if you patch. I think that animation is the expected one for rusk weapons.

Sorry, but servers are fine, must be some network issues between you and them. You could try using a vpn to route around whatever the issue is.
