11.5 Dex Dagger is not worth 80m. The armor isn't worth 40 either. It's equivalent to 12% armor. I know this as I have a 12% armor to compare against...
You can only see other's rep bar and estimate that their rep is between two integers, for instance I see you currently have 2 green rep bars so I would estimate that your rep is between 101 and 200. This is just my understanding of the system. If you look at the pics that I posted earlier I had 147 rep points which equated to 2 greens bars, now I have 256 rep which equals 3 green bars. With the knowledge I have I'd say that every 100 points equals a rep bar (in either direction).
